Blackberry -- 6 oz box
Pear -- 1 no.
Lemon juice -- 1 tsp
Honey / Sugar -- 2 tbsp ( acc to taste )
Milk -- 3/4 to 1 cup ( used 2% )( cold milk) (depends on how thick u want )
Mint leaves -- 2 leaves ( just enough for the flavour)
To garnish :
Whipped cream -- to top
Blackberry -- 1 no.
- Clean the blackberry and the pear. Peel the skin of the pear ( u may use as such, I like removing the skin) and chop into cubes.
- First blend the blackberries and fish out the seeds .then add the pears, lemon juice and blend well with a hand blender /blender . Once it's done, add the sugar /honey , mint leaves ,milk and blend well till the shake is frothy..
- Pour the milkshake in a tall glass and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a blackberry followed by mint leaves on top.
