Add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves one by one when the ghee melts n becomes hot. Fry this for 30 secs in a medium flame. Now dump the cumin seeds and fry . Followed by onions. Add half the salt. Saute the onions until it turns translucent. Throw in the ginger garlic paste and fry for  a minute .Throw in the green chilli paste and stir continuously in low flame until u get rid of the raw smell. Finally add the veggie's one by one, mint leaves, coriander leaves and saute for a minute. Add  the curd /yoghurt now and mix it with the veggie mixture. Now cook this mixture for exactly 2 minutes. Later add the rice and the veggie mixture in a electric cooker pot and add the coconut milk and  water ( total 3 cups). Add the remaining salt and combine everything well. Keep this in the electric cooker and cook until turns to warm mode. For pressure cooker, cook it for 2 whistles or 1 whistle + 10 minutes in low flame...
