Ingredients :
Milk -- 1 cup
Sugar -- 1/4 cup
Corn flour -- 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt -- a pinch
Vanilla extract -- 1/2 tsp
Butter -- 1/2 tbsp
Method :
In medium flame heat the cup of milk until bubbles form at edges. In a seperate bowl mix the sugar,salt and corn flour and combine well. Add little bit of cold milk to this dry mixture and dissolve it completely without any lumps. Transfer this mixture to the milk and start stirring. Cook and stir until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of the spoon. ( now keep in flame in medium low and do not boil this mixture). Remove the mixture from the stove and stir in the vanilla extract and butter. combine well. Pour the pudding into serving bowl and don forget to chill b4 serving ...
