Urad dal -- for seasoning -- 1/2 tsp (optional)
Curry leaves -- 1 sprig

Method :

Add the onions and fry until its translucent. Now add the methi leaves and scald it. Do not stir fry it, will taste bitter if u do so.. Let them also boil for may b a minute or so. Finally add the dhal and combine well. Let this stand in the heat for a minute or so for blending with the other ingredients.. and switch off..
