Mutton Dry Roast

This is a very simple recipe and u can make this in no time.. hardly it requires 10 to 12 minutes.. U don't have to slave for  a long time in kitchen ...hehe.

Ingredients :

Mutton -- 1/2 kilo
Sombu /fennel seeds -- 1tbsp
Red chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1/4 tsp
Salt -- to taste
Garlic -- peeled -- 5 to 6 cloves
GG paste -- 1 spoon

Method :

Clean the meat well. In a mixie grind all the ingredients except mutton to a fine paste. Apply this paste on the mutton and coat very well. Pressure cook this for  5 to 6 minutes depending upon the meat.

Deep fry this cooked meat masal piece for 3 minutes both sides.. U may want to place this ina tissue so that it absorbs excess oil..

Note :

Don hesitate to deep fry as this doesn't absorb oil.. The final product will be a dry one rather than a shallow fried oil sucking roast..
