Dry Red chilly -- 10 nos
Oil -- 2 to 3 tbsp
Boil some water a little over warm stage (hot) and soak the dry red chilly for 10 minutes. Take the head out before soaking it. Grind the red chillies to a fine paste adding very little water. Fry this paste in hot oil for 5 minutes or until the oil starts oozing out. Let it become cool and finally store it in a box/ small vessel and it stays good for months. ( u might want to keep it in the fridge for longer use).
