Indian style chicken fillet roast

I always make this at home and everytime it's a hit. I don like the one we get in shops with no flavour other than pepper and salt.. Instead try this version and place it in b/w buns /breads with some tomatoes,mayo,lettuce  and u may have a nice homemade burger ..It taste awesome..




Ingredients :

Chicken tenderloin -- 9 pieces
Red chilli powder -- 1 tsp
Coriander powder -- 1 tsp
Cumin powder -- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1/4 tsp
Corn flour -- 1 spoon
Oil -- 1 tbsp
Salt -- to taste
GG paste -- 1 1/4 spoon



Oil -- to deep fry

Method :

Take a big bowl and all the ingredients one by one. Mix it evenly without adding water. Dump the chicken tenderloin in the bowl and coat it evenly. Marinate this for minimum 2 to 3 hrs. Deep fry this in the hot oil and darin the excess oil by keeping those on the kitchen tissue.. Ur fillet is ready to tarnsform as burger.. I din't make burger cos I had no  bread, so my dear hubbie had it as such..
It's good with rice too..
