Aloo Methi Matar with Paneer

I came up with this dish coz of the situation am forced to live in.. U know what ... My mixe isn't working ... How sad ?!! Am sure ,u gals must have known how devastated am rt now.. So, I kinda mixed up two recipes and framed this one  since this doesn't involve any grinding process. I chose paneer butter masala and aloo methi matar for this experimental venture..I did adapt half from the first and half from next and voila ... I've come up with a new recipe guys ..!!  I our INDIAN CINEMA...

Ok, let me share my part ...

Ingredients :

Aloo /Potato -- Small -- 3 no.
Peas (frozen peas ) -- 1/3 cup
Methi leaves -- half a bunch
Paneer -- 1 cup cubed
Finely chopped onion -- 1 no.
Finely chopped tomato -- 3/4
Bay leaves -- 2 no.
Cumin seeds -- 1 tsp
Butter -- 1/2 tbsp
Oil -- 2 tbsp
Salt -- acc to taste
Honey -- 2 tsp
Half/Half -- 1 cup
Red chilly powder -- 1 tsp
Coriander powder -- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder -- 1/4 tsp
Garlic --minced -- 1/2 tsp

Method :

Fry the panner by adding butter till it started changing slighly yellow in colour. Keep it aside. In the same pan add the oil and heat . Add the bay leaves,cumin seeds,minced garlic and saute well. Then add the onions and fry till it turns golden brown. U may add the tomatoes and cook till it becomes tender. Now dump all the veggie's together and add all the powders (turmeric,red chilli,coriander) ,Salt. Combine well. Add half a cup of water and cook until the veggie's becomes tender. U may add a cup of half/half milk now and give it a boil. Add the honey finally and cook for 30 seconds. Switch off and serve.. It really tasted awesome....
it's really droolworthy..
