Oven roasted Cauliflower

This is the great way to make a perfect cauliflower fry. Try this and u'll go for this method from there on. This is the good way to cut back our oil intake.
Ingredients :
Gobi /cauliflower -- 1 no. (cut into florets)
Turmeric powder -- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -- less than half a 1/4 spoon
Ginger Garlic paste -- 1/2 tsp
salt -- acc to taste
Oil -- 1 tbsp

Method :
In a large bowl pour 2 tsp of oil and add GG paste, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well. In that add the gobi florets and scald well. The masala should coat everywhere.
Let this mixture sit for min. 15 mts. in the oven proof tray. Preheat oven to 425  deg Fahrenheit. Place the tray inside once the oven is ready. Bake for 10 minutes . Take the tray out and flip the gobi's to the other side and drizzle  the remaining 1 tsp oil. Again bake it for another 10 minutes. If u want the gobi to be crispy like mine, turn the seetings to broiler mode for 3 to 4 minutes before u take out the tray. Our gobi is done... How simple is that...Trust me, it's delicious.
