Capsicum masala /Fry

What would i do if i have capsicum ?  I'll make stir fry , stuffed bell pepper or otherwise kinda.. gravy ..Hmm.. Y not try some other regional recipe ?? y follow the same routine ? I's asking myself... Well, after some research i came up with this recipe, so tempting ,appealing and  made me to try immediately. Fortunately this recipe does need items which are always available in the pantry. So no probs..

Ingredients :
Bell pepper -- 2 no.
Onions -- 1/2 (chopped)
Tomato -- 1/2 (chopped)
Garlic -- 4 clove
Red chilli powder -- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -- 1 tsp
Lime juice -- 1/2 tsp
GG paste -- 1/2 tsp
Oil -- 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -- 1/4 tsp
Salt --acc to taste

Toast and grind to a coarse powder :
Sesame seeds -- 2 tbsp
Peanuts -- 1/3 cup
Cinnamon -- 1 inch piece
Cardamom -- 1 no.
Cloves -- 2 no.
Method :
Chop the bell pepper into big cubes.Chop the garlic into thin slices.Take a wide pan and add the oil. when it's hot ,do the seasoning with cumin seeds .Add the onions, garlic &scald well. Now the GG paste and cook for a minute. Now add the chopped tomatoes and the red chilli powder, coriander powder. saute well, the raw smell of the dry powders should disappear. Throw in the chopped bell peppers and combine well. Make sure the masala mixes with the bell pepper. Add the required amount of salt. Do not add water. Just saute the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle the coarsely grounded powder to the main dish and coat evenly. cook for few more minutes and add the lime juice before u  switch off the flame. Give it a stir and transfer..
